Callie A. Ridolfi, Managing Director
Callie is a registered civil engineer and a LEED® accredited professional with an MBA and 20 years of experience leading a successful design and consulting firm. Prior to ecoFAB, she managed environmental cleanup and restorative development services for Native American tribes in the Northwest. She is a founding director of the Washington Clean Tech Alliance.
Ann Brudno, Director of Design
Ann is trained as an Architect and is a certified interior designer who holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Bainbridge Graduate Institute. She has 25 years of experience running a hands-on residential design/build company with a focus on green design, and over 6 years of university teaching experience in environmental design for design and construction programs.
Kevin Laycock, Director of Operations
Kevin is a BPI Certified Building Performance Analyst with expertise in the application of technology to home energy efficiency. Kevin has experience spanning 15 years in the software industry where he built and supported a global network of resellers and strategic partners, managed import-export supply chain operations, and provided marketing services. He holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Bainbridge Graduate Institute, an MA in East Asian Studies from the University of Washington and a BS in Physics from the University of Connecticut.
